Shipping/Delivery

According to the 2018 Farm Bill, hemp-derived CBD is federally allowed in every state, and licensed companies are allowed to commercially distribute CBD products across state lines.

We ship orders Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. All orders are processed and packed within 2 business days, and USPS shipping may take up to 5 days.

All orders are shipped via standard USPS Mail.

If you would rather skip the wait, local Curbside Pickup is available at checkout.

Average shipping time is normally 3-5 business days, however USPS delivery times may vary. You can refer to your USPS tracking number to stay updated on the delivery status of your order. We apologize for any inconvenience!

Yes, absolutely! Your tracking number is available upon request, or you can call and ask a team member to check your order status.

If the tracking information says the package was “delivered”, then we cannot be held responsible if the package is misplaced or stolen after successful delivery. What we can do is offer a small discount on stolen orders that need to be re-shipped.

If the package was sent to the wrong address because the incorrect address was provided online by you, then you are fully responsible for the cost of re-shipping.

We will always look at each individual scenario and find a way to work with you! We understand that mistakes happen or packages get stolen, so reach out to us as soon as possible and we’ll get a new product heading your way. 🙂

Cancels/Returns

Most orders are usually shipped same day, so some cannot be canceled or changed after they are placed. However, we do our best to accommodate our customers’ requests. Please contact us at (844)-484-7482 or orders@relefcbd.com for details regarding whether your order can be canceled or changed.

We stand behind the quality of our CBD products, but we understand that these products may not work for everyone. If you are not satisfied with your product within 30 days of the purchase date, you can return your product for a full refund. We may ask a few questions to ensure that your product was used and/or stored correctly. Please contact us at (844)484-7482 or orders@relefcbd.com to start the refund process. Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

If your product was purchased through one of our retailers, you will need to go back to your original purchase location for any return or exchange.

Please inspect your product within 3 days of receiving it. If you find that it is defective or damaged, contact us and we’ll get you taken care of! After the product is in your possession for more than 3 days, we will assume that your product was in good condition upon delivery.
