How to Use
Shake well before use. Place serving under tongue and hold for 60 to 90 seconds before swallowing.
As with any of our hemp oil tinctures, there is no “one-size-fits-all” when it comes to dosage. We recommend starting with 1 mL (10 mg) for one week and then adjusting as needed. It’s also important to assess your nightly routine to see what you could do differently to help you get a better night’s sleep.

I honestly can’t say enough about this product! I have an autoimmune disease, pain is something I deal with every single day. I’ve done so much research on CBN, all of the cannabinoids and terpenes are so wonderful to promote relaxation and sleep. The only CBN I could find was high in THC, something I wasn’t really wanting to use on a regular basis. My pain was sciatica and headaches were almost daily – left over from a stroke in 2017. I was just using CBD oil, just for general aches and pains, when my daughter suggested I try Relief CBD:CBN. Since I was having trouble sleeping, I thought I’d try it. I immediately saw a difference in my sleep, but didn’t realize until about 10 days later that my headaches were almost completely gone. I went from 4-5 a week to1-2. Couldn’t believe it! Definitely recommend it!!
Great product to help you nod off around bedtime. No bad aftertaste. Easy to use. Start with a low dose if you aren’t sure and it’ll still help keep you calm and relaxed. As someone who tends to have insomnia, it’s a lifesaver.
I’ve been sleeping much better since I started using this product six months ago. I suffer from sciatica and it seems to relax the nerve as well as make me sleepy.
I have been taking Unisom for years because of insomnia. Every time I tried to stop taking it, I couldn’t sleep. After one night using Relax I was able to stop taking Unisom, plus I sleep so much better.
I’ve been using this ever since the pandemic started in March. I’d been having issues calming my mind in order to fall asleep and thought I’d give it a try.
